Bubble Romper - Adult Class

A comfortable romper with lots of room to run & play! This pattern features gathered pants with elastic ankles and a snap closure on the bodice. Optional ruffles. Pattern sizing includes 0-3 months to 5/6 years.

Skill level of participants:  Beginner - You must be familiar with using a sewing machine.  

Instructor will provide pre-cut pattern pieces for your convenience. 

Sessions: Two 2.5-hour sessions

Materials: 

Quilting cottons, Batiste, poplin, cotton wovens, & other stable light-weight to medium-weight fabrics. No Knits, please. 

Fabric Requirements: 

*Please purchase your fabric ahead of time, following the recommended yardage below. All fabric should be pre-washed AND ironed prior to class. 

**Add additional .5 yards for directional fabric 
  • Sizes 0-3mo to12-18mo (1 yds)
  • Sizes 6-9mo to 3/4Y (1.25 yds) 
  • Sizes 4/5Y & 5/6Y (1.5 yds) 
  • Elastic - 1/4 “ elastic - 20” length
  • Snaps - 3 or 4 snaps

Tags / Labels for clothing (optional)  Give your garment a little bit extra! We will teach you how to add the label to your handmade garment in class!
