Meet our Instructor Series - Codi

Codi has been teaching sewing with us since 2022, including many of our summer camps!

Sewing is my expertise from pattern making to garment construction. I have been sewing for about 9 years. I love to sew, knit and crochet. I studied at FCI Fashion School in Los Angeles for men's and women's fashion design. My family owned a textile factory for 30 years and I grew up working in my dad's textile factory, dye lab and sewing factories. My grandmother taught me how to knit and I learned how to crochet from my 5th grade teacher.

My favorite thing about teaching is Community! I love meeting other artists and being able to help someone on their creative journey. 

Little known fact about myself: I am also a floral designer and I love plants.
